Input-Inc. is a preservation society dedicated to the documentation and stewardship of the information surrounding the robots of ‘Short Circuit’. Through this preservation we also aim to help others to replicate these machines using modern methods and technology. This international team is a group of passionate designers and builders with over 20 years of experience curating and refining the robot’s systems, drawing on information gleaned from several original props we’ve had first-hand experience disassembling and documenting. Our platform, OpenSAINT is the definite source behind virtually every full-scale build (and many smaller-scale replicas) in existence today.

OpenSAINT is an open CAD repository that faithfully reproduces all screen-visible aspects of the robot in a 1:1 scale. The repository also includes all mechanical designs, electronics, software, and documentation.
